Mila Velvet: a bot that runs a paid private channel on its own

The model sells access to a private Telegram channel, and the bot handles the subscriptions: it takes the payment, hands out a personal link, reminds about renewal and removes the fan from the channel when the term ends.
The challenge
The model sells access to a private channel, but every subscriber is manual work: check the payment, send the link, remember whose term is ending and remove in time those who did not renew. At scale this eats up all the time.
Payments have to be accepted in different ways: by card, by crypto and with Telegram Stars. Receipts were checked by hand, and a link was easy to forward to a friend, so access leaked for free.
What was needed was a bot that takes on the whole subscription cycle and does not lose money on renewals and lapsed fans.
The solution
I built a bot on Python and Aiogram. The fan picks a plan right in the bot, payment goes through automatically, and a personal invite link that cannot be forwarded arrives a second later.
The bot reminds about renewal 7 days, 3 days and on the last day, renews access in one tap and removes from the channel those whose term has ended.
For the model there is an admin panel right inside Telegram: plans, texts, payment details, fan cards, broadcasts by segment and revenue analytics. No developer is needed for day-to-day work.
How the system works
Payment and access delivery
The fan picks a plan right in the bot: a timed subscription, a bundle or a VIP chat. Payment by card, crypto or Telegram Stars goes through automatically, with no manual receipt checks.
Right after payment the bot hands out a personal invite link to the private channel. The link works only for its owner and cannot be forwarded to a friend.
Reminders and automatic removal
The bot reminds about renewal 7 days before, 3 days before and on the last day, and renewal takes one tap. That is what keeps the revenue: the subscriber does not forget and does not leave over a missed date.
When the term does end, the bot removes the subscriber from the channel itself. The model does not have to check lists or remove anyone by hand.
Broadcasts and win-back
A broadcast can go to everyone, only active fans, lapsed ones or people who never bought. With photos, buttons, on a schedule and with a delivery report.
The bot wins back lapsed fans on its own: with a promo code, bonus days for a referral or a chain of messages with a discount a few days after the subscription ended.
Admin panel and analytics
The admin panel lives right inside Telegram. Each fan card shows every payment, how much they brought in and when they renew. The model changes plans, texts and payment details herself and gives assistants their own permissions.
Analytics show revenue by day and plan, conversion to payment, renewals and churn, and every morning a short digest of yesterday arrives in direct messages.
