LaVita Models: a website for recruiting and onboarding

updated 4 min read

A three-language website for an online modeling agency. It explains the terms, answers candidates' questions and brings in applications.

LaVita Models - Agency Website: main screen

The challenge

The agency recruits models online, and candidates always ask the same first questions: what the agency does, what's left for the model to do, whether she has to travel anywhere, and what her income depends on. Managers answered all of this in separate chats with each candidate.

Without a website, the agency was hard to check out, and candidates weren't sure it was worth reaching out at all. The agency also works with women from different countries, so explaining the terms in one language wasn't enough.

The agency needed a website that explains the work calmly and clearly, answers common questions before first contact and takes the candidate all the way to an application.

The solution

I built the site on React, Vite and TypeScript, with styling in Tailwind CSS. It loads fast and looks just as good on a phone as on a computer.

I structured it around the questions candidates ask: who the agency is, why models choose it, who it takes on, what the agency handles itself and how the start works. Recruiting, onboarding, analytics and content strategy each have their own section.

The site is available in English, Ukrainian and Spanish. At the bottom of the page there's an application form: after she submits it, a manager contacts the candidate and explains the first steps.

How the system works

Model agency website: what it should include

The first screen says right away what the agency does and what the average model income is. Below that come the advantages: terms are agreed in writing before the start, each model has two managers assigned to her, and the work is fully remote.

This order answers questions in the same order people usually ask them: trust and money first, then the details.

Requirements for model candidates

A separate block describes who the agency is looking for: women 18 and older, open to 18+ content, 2-3 hours a day, remote work. No experience needed, the agency provides training. Candidates see the requirements before applying, so managers get applications that are a better fit.

Model onboarding and what the agency handles

The services sections show what the agency takes on: running the page, bringing in an audience, talking to fans and selling in chat, and analytics. The model is only responsible for content, in a format she's comfortable with.

Content strategy and regular analytics are covered separately. The candidate understands she won't be left on her own after the start.

Multilingual website and FAQ

The site is translated into three languages, so the agency can invite candidates from different countries with a single link. The FAQ covers the common questions: content format, equipment, safety and pseudonyms, income, and what happens after applying.

Application form for model candidates

The form sits at the bottom of the page, after all the answers. By the time a candidate gets there, she already knows the terms, so the conversation with a manager starts with first steps instead of basic questions.

After she applies, a manager reaches out and explains how the work is set up. She doesn't have to look for contacts or write first.

Project FAQ

How long does it take to build an agency website?

It depends on the number of sections and languages, and whether the texts and photos are ready. Message me on Telegram, tell me about your agency, and I'll tell you how long it will take.

Can the website be in several languages?

Yes. This site runs in English, Ukrainian and Spanish, so the agency invites candidates from different countries with one link.

What is the website built with?

React, Vite and TypeScript, with styling in Tailwind CSS. The site is lightweight, loads fast on a phone and adapts to any screen.

Can the sections be changed for my agency?

Yes. I build the structure around your terms and the questions your candidates ask. Sections, the application form and the order of blocks can all be changed.
